RT - Radiographic Testing
Real-time radiography (RTR), open vision, computed radiography (CR), digital radiography (DR), and conventional film. We deploy Iridium 192 and Cobalt 60 sources for a full range of wall thicknesses and configurations.
UT - Ultrasonic Testing
Shear wave, phased array, and corrosion mapping. Our UT technicians support weld examination, wall thickness surveys, and in-service monitoring of pressure vessels, piping, and structural components.
MT - Magnetic Particle Testing
Surface and near-surface flaw detection for ferromagnetic materials. Used extensively during turnarounds, fabrication QC, and in-service examinations of critical welds and components.
PT - Liquid Penetrant Testing
Surface-breaking flaw detection for non-ferromagnetic materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel alloys. Ideal for weld inspections, castings, and forgings.
VT - Visual Inspection
Comprehensive visual examination services for vessels, piping, tanks, and structural components. Our inspectors are trained to identify corrosion, cracking, mechanical damage, and code compliance issues.
HT - Hardness Testing
We utilize multiple hardness testing methods to meet any specification: King Brinell, Rockwell, New Age Pin Brinell, TeleBrinell, and Equotip portable testers.
PMI - Positive Material Identification
Alloy verification and material confirmation using XRF analyzers to ensure the right materials are installed in the right service conditions.
LIBS - Carbon Content Analyzer
Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy for carbon content determination - critical for identifying susceptibility to certain damage mechanisms and verifying material specifications.
